Our Bootcamp Express is a fast, rewarding and friendly bootcamp.
Led by our experienced and motivating trainers, this class is designed to give you a high-intensity, full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. While our leaders will push you to do your very best the pace is determined by you and your fitness level.
Our Bootcamp class combines cardio and strength training exercises, using a variety of equipment such as weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to challenge and push you to your limits.
Whether you’re looking to kick-start your fitness journey or take your training to the next level, our Bootcamp class is the perfect way to achieve your goals in a fun, supportive environment.
With classes run Saturday mornings (and Monday evenings in the summer time) as well as pay as you go and monthly booking options there really isn’t any reason why our Bootcamp wont become your new favourite thing.
