Gym near Shirley

Nestled in the quaint Saxon village of Hampton-in-Arden, The Hampton Gym is a rare find. Just one junction down the M42 from Shirley (Junction 4) you will see a Solihull gym at its finest.

The Hampton is the creation of two best friends Gareth and Paul, who set about creating a community of like-minded people who have their health and well-being at the heart of what they do.

Both qualified PTs with a background in corporate health, they returned from travelling together realising that in them, they had ignited a passion of working with groups of people to help those individuals reach their potential, whatever that might be.

Highly motivated and driven to succeed, fifteen years on, The Hampton has become just that: the heart of the village bringing together the community, focusing on results-based exercise, personal training and mental well-being.
