Matt Ensor - Human Performance Coach
Someone once said to Matt, “To get what we’ve never had, we must do what we’ve never done.” It was said to him at a time when he nearly gave up - but it gave him the motivation to not only continue, but become a winner. He is dedicated to passing on that motivation to everyone he coaches and trains to enable them all to become winners.
Sam Harton - One to One Trainer
Sam has a great passion for fitness and always had the ambition to work in the health industry and enjoys every moment of being a personal trainer. This training combined with his sports background (having competed at a district level in athletics and trials for Birmingham City FC) has added to the type of trainer that he is today. Through his extensive knowledge and experience Sam has helped many clients develop their fitness, gain strength and mobility and improve their overall conditioning while keeping the fun factor to each training session.
