The Hampton Health & Fitness Club was established in May 2005 by the Club’s directors, Paul Ebrey and Gareth Thomas. Both from a Health, Fitness and Wellbeing background, their aim for the club is to impact positively on the health and wellbeing of the West Midlands and to be a forerunner and catalyst for charitable work within the community by.
Since 2005, many local residents and business people have used the state of the art activity equipment and top class professional guidance, gaining a wealth of positive results.
An investment of £90,000 was made in 2009 improving all aspects of the design and layout of the club, including low mobility and general changing areas, physiotherapy suite, new activity equipment, coffee and social area with Wi-Fi access and a new exercise studio fully mirrored with a sprung floor which now boasts up to 30 vibrant and diverse group classes throughout the week.
In June 2013 £35k was invested in our state of the art Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment. With full internet connectivity, embedded screens, numerous programmes to choose from, this equipment is amazing!
In August 2014 The Hampton Health & Fitness Club made their most recent investment by fully refurbishing the resistance suite, changing all of the equipment, flooring and even creating a bigger area to enable the introduction of extra equipment and more space for our members to enjoy their workouts. The Hampton Health & Fitness Club are very proud to become a fully equipped Life Fitness club boasting brand new state of the art equipment throughout.
The Hampton Health & Fitness Club has recently become an official GP referral site, working towards making a real improvement in the community’s health and fitness. It is The Hampton Health & Fitness Club’s passion for the health of others, that gives them the energy, dedication and commitment to help their members improve their health and to change their lives for the better.
